Prepare for a lot of shenanigans on election day. My polling place had a 4 hour line due to most of the poll workers not showing up. I'm figuring it was an attempt to suppress voter turnout in an area of mostly Trump voters. No telling how many people came to the place, saw the line, and said screw it. I will definitely be early voting for the 2020 Election.

If you vote in a blue state where no voter ID is required then vote early and vote often.

SC 1st is Charleston. He probably feels he's safe. Charleston has been overrun by northeast carpetbaggers and homo's.

Yep. Very sad as these locusts ruin everything they touch.

Beautiful city though.

Trump won it +13. It's a solid R district that includes Dorchester and Berkeley Counties, which are deep red.

The bigger issue is this: if the district is R+13, then how was Cunningham able to win election?

Seems like his constituents believed he was the right man for the job in a troubled time.

Voting to impeach in a district that is +13 Trump.

Shame on that District for electing such a person inthe first place.

People are such fools when it comes to midterm elections.

The opposition shows up and the party in power's voters are lazy.

These people have made a fortune in office and can retire in opulence. They don't care.

The Republican was almost killed in a car wreck in June 2018 that seriously affected her ability to campaign.

The fricker ran on the two issues of frick anything oil off our coast and Lowcountry over party. He keep his word one one of his promises...the city of Charleston is morphing slowly. Hell, even the old money downtown has been electing a democratic mayor for decades.

Charleston is the most overrated place in SC. It's a beautiful city but the folks there are insufferable. The South's version of Manhattan. They think life doesn't exist outside of the peninsula and everyone else in the state is a redneck rube unworthy of a second's thought.

Penny ..... that's not the old downtown money. That's a few very wealthy political families led by the Ravenels who are known pedos, embezzlers, drug addicts and generally just onnxious.

The Limehouses, on the other hand, are polar opposites to those people.

Don't let the IOP transients and Mt Pleasant transients from NYC and NJ tell you they are old battery row peninsula money .... because they're not.

And the reason Joe Riley won as often as he did was because he catered to the really old families in downtown Charleston ..... over off of River and Meeting the ones that hang out under the old Meeting Street bridge on Saturday nights.

And no, The Eubanks are not old school Chucktown money, Neither is Gene Reed or any of that crew.

Don't get me started. Nothing worse than being lectured about my home state by a damn Yankee who's been in Charleston less than 5 years when my French Huguenot ancestors settled Clarendon County in the 1690's.

I honestly like for members of Congress like him actually spell out what factual evidence they’re basing their opinion on that President Trump has done anything that justifies voting to impeach him.

If it comes up, I tell them they don’t have the right to an opinion.
