Great, because I can now identify (like Elizabeth Warren) as native american / indigenous and BOOM, top tier job to fufill their DEI quota! CA CHING

And this is why people find it goddamn hilarious whenever they ask an AI questions that look at statistics to get a response.
They know that PC will keep people from saying stuff but asking it “if 10% of your herd causes 50% of your problems, what do you do?” will get a response that it not PC.

The check against this is Congress can pass new law to invalidate the EO or refuse to fund it. The Judicial can declare the order unconstitutional.
Isn't this a new interpretation? It used to be a president's successor could invalidate his predecessor's EO's. However, we saw with The Bamster's EO IRT "Dreamers" this is no longer the case.

We all know that, without it, you wouldn't have moved up to assistant night manager at Cheeba Hut.

DEI is the equivalent to participation trophies. I know the people that couldn’t do things based on ability and merit and were slightly embarrassed for them when they were given something they didn’t earn.
DEI is admitting one race is better than the other. Now I know where you stand.

yeah sure ok. Everything the Left does is about excluding whitey. If this does not end up excluding whitey then it’s an accidental outcome
Head to Politardia and you'll find the flip side of retard overreach. Guess who's proposing this doozy --
Citizenship. Issue an EO ending constitutional right to birthright citizenship.

Im more worried about OP if he read that release and thinks Joe Biden wrote it.
I guess you could be deliberately obtuse. That's fine, no need to address the topic at all, evade and act dumb
Its clear our country is being ran by a shadow government. Saying "Joe Biden is doing this or that" is giving them a pass and doing them a favor. Noone voted for the people that wrote this. They will still be in charge long after Biden is dead and gone. But keep thinking the elephant and donkey show matters by all means, that's what they want anyway

You can’t defend this EO so you’re trying to hold a debate on the concept of EOs. We all know how EOs work, you racist frick. That’s not what this thread is about.
Why are you so racist?

That was the Supreme Court's interpretation and falls within their purview.

How many times do I have to use a variation of "unfortunate" in this thread? I don't support any EO.

So why did these shadow forces attempt a coup against Trump?
Posted on 10/31/23 at 9:04 am to biglego
It was a great distraction while they passed trillions in covid checks.
We are about to get a sequel with Biden impeachment now that they saw how successful it was at distracting people.

He cannot criticize a Democrat move.

I've yet to see one Democrat successfully explain the attempted coup which goes back to before he was inaugurated.
Did not vote for the guy, but no sane human can watch what happened and believe it was Just.

So our so-called "conservative" Supreme Court kicked the legislative branch in the balls by making it easier for the executive branch to create law.

Funny. When was the last time conservatism showed itself in gov? What I don't abide is hypocrisy. And since this forum is dominated by faux conservatives with chips on their shoulders, I like to hold up mirrors.
