With today being a state holiday it's very likely that pretty much no one went in on Monday. This is like the week between Christmas and New Years, everyone is taking personal days to extend their holiday.
For me it's the best time to be at work because traffic is a breeze and with hardly anyone else in their offices I can work on my longer-term projects instead of having to handle every little thing that comes up.
Call back tomorrow, people will be back in their offices then.
