Liz Cheney became a liability for republicans. She was hurting them. She has a personal issue with Trump, probably related to his trashing her Darth Vader father and his gimp W along with his disgust of our corrupt and invasive IC and neocon policies. The media picked up on it and began going to her every week, inviting her up to offer her trashing of Trump and Trump voters and the party at large. And she kept indulging them because she couldn’t resist not trashing Trump, Trump voters, etc because, as said before, it’s personal with her.

McCarthy took her aside in private and asked her to refrain from indulging the media and she refused to stop. She continued. So she’s gone. She wanted to die on her small personal hill and the republicans obliged her.

I just wish we'd done a slightly better job in messaging - as in, it's not that Liz is disloyal to Trump, it's that she ignored everything else going on, ignored the conservative agenda, ignored her constituents - all to engage in some moral preening about a guy who isn't in office anymore to gain favor from a contingent that HATES us.

We are a populist America first party rooted in conservative principles

Let's ask this populist America First spokesman his thoughts on

-drug legalization
-worker protections
-military interventionism
-pharmaceutical costs
-immigration reform
-bank regulation
-domestic surveillance
-FBI, CIA, DHS extrajudicial powers

My guess is it all sounds like the same old corporate GOPe bullshite, but coming from a face voters like to see clowning the other team on CSPAN.

Tulsi Gabbard would like a word. Her own party hates her.

haven't looked at her stance a lot. Outside of her stance on abortion what separates her from being a republican? for the little I have seen she seems to disagree with most of the progressive BS.

Andrew Cuomo proves your point.

Speaking of Cuomo, what happened with the killing of the elderly thing? Or even the sexual assault accusations they tried to use to cover up the killing of the elderly thing?

We need more Cheney's and Bush's in government about as much as we need more Illegal Immigrants. The Bush and Cheney families are a disgrace. They are war mongering globalists who are a big reason for this countries many problems even today.

I agree wholeheartedly, what do these squawkers think a congressman can "do?" They hold hearings, they grill the people responsible for important issues, they write their conclusions and present them to the proper executive functions, they question the executives about lack of action.

I guess these guys want them to jump onto the witness table with a knife between their teeth and begin slitting throats???

Nothing happened. Nothing is going to happen. The standards the progressive leftist delusional scum impose on everyone else does not apply to them.

Jim Jordan puts on a good show, but he NEVER delivers. He confronts Big Tech in senate hearings, but Google has been giving him money since 2012 and the Senate has done nothing to stop them.

Bruh. Jordan isn’t in the Senate.
