Oswald getting offed by Jack Ruby smelled to high heaven, then Ruby dying of cancer. Loose ends all nice and tidy.
There is NO WAY IN HELL Ruby should have been able to even get in the vicinity of Oswald, much less shove a pistola in his gut and kill him. Then Ruby dies of cancer while going through the legal process.

We watched Ruby shoot Oswald live on TV that Sunday morning.
The announcer said, "They are bringing out the accused assassin of the president," and POP, he was shot.

Nothing supports the conspiracy theory more than Strip club owner Jack Ruby being at the Dallas Police station Friday night and Sunday morning waiting for a chance to off Oswald to keep his mob contacts off his back.

Jack Kennedy being shot was the day the music died in this country.
It was obfuscated for decades in this country and still is -- but JFK directed on 11/1/63 that a FULL withdrawal be conducted from Viet Nam.. I have heard the tapes where he tells McNamara that. "Tell Diem there is no carrot and stick."
Those orders were rescinded on 12/1/63.

It’s one of the big questions, alternately evaded and disputed over four decades of historical writing. It bears on Kennedy’s reputation, of course, though not in an unambiguous way.
And today, larger issues are at stake as the United States faces another indefinite military commitment that might have been avoided and that, perhaps, also cannot be won. The story of Vietnam in 1963 illustrates for us the struggle with policy failure. More deeply, appreciating those distant events tests our capacity as a country to look the reality of our own history in the eye...
c. Execute the plan to withdraw 1,000 U.S. military personnel by the end of 1963 per your DTG 212201Z July, and as approved for planning by JCS DTG 062042Z September. Previous guidance on the public affairs annex is altered to the extent that the action will now be treated in low key, as the initial increment of U.S. forces whose presence is no longer required because (a) Vietnamese forces have been trained to assume the function involved; or (b) the function for which they came to Vietnam has been completed. (Emphasis added.)
This resolves the question of how the initial withdrawal was to be carried out. It was not to be a noisy or cosmetic affair, designed to please either U.S. opinion or to change policies in Saigon. It was rather to be a low-key, matter-of-fact beginning to a process that would play out over the following two years. "

What was this conspiracy agent who was supposedly lying in wait to silence the assassin doing when Ostwald was already supposed to be gone? He was at Western Union wiring rent money to a stripper.
Ruby literally got to the basement 60 seconds before they brought Oswald out. 60 seconds. And Oswald would have been long gone had HE HIMSELF not caused a delay.

So....Ruby was ambiguous - shooting Oswald certainly meant his death - but he did bring a hand gun into the police station.
Just out of curiosity - can you fog a mirror?
