Okay, cool. And when you have blown through the surplus and eliminated property taxes -- what is your next move?

You can't enact a state income tax as that would have to be approved by voters.

The state of Texas largest revenue source is sales taxes. Will you increase those rates at the county level to cover the short fall from property taxes?

How are you funding public infrastructure, schools, etc?

My point is the funding has to come from somewhere. What is your plan?
