He has term until fall this year. Fire now effective that date and reassign him to office in North Dakota or Alaska.

There are 13 far, far, far left whackjob Obama/Biden appointed judges who have already written their restraining orders to prohibit Trump from firing Powell. The Democrats have already picked one judge from each circuit to issue an opinion.
