No, it’s not.
There was no “prophecy” about the modern state of Iran. The book of Jeremiah is a warning to Israel of their impending exile to Babylon, but it was written in the Persian period (post-exile), so it was written as a future event but the events had already occurred at the time of the writing. So there was no supernatural prophecy.
And there may not have even been a historical Jeremiah. Either way, the book of Jeremiah was written, compiled, and redacted by over 4 authors.
