So location is what keeps Hawaii from becoming Alabama or Mississippi?

Oh horse shite

You cannot see the absurdity of judge shopping to find somebody out in the middle of the Pacific Ocean who will set what the President can do with respect to his constitutionally assigned duties regarding policing the border of the entire continental US?

and YOU are acting smug thinking you have some sort of zinger on the AG?

God damned the idiocy comes at us normal people from all angles when interacting with idiotic leftists who are too gutless to ID themselves as such.

Except for their tourism money...

Ever been to a tourism hotspot in Mexico and ventured outside the designated gringo-safe party zone? Tourism money... LOL

Seems like I have heard something very similar from history....

“Small islands, not capable of protecting themselves, are the proper objects for kingdoms to take under their care; but there is something absurd, in supposing a continent to be perpetually governed by an island.”

I, for one, enjoy all of these weak arse trump belly aching threads. They show desperation, lack of anything real to complain about, and the small mindedness of today's left.

So... are you guys actually arguing that Hawaii is not a "full" state just because a judge disagreed with a Trump EO?

From Hawaii, just going west until you reach North Korea. You'll fit right in.

That amazes me, too.
You do realize the semantics, right? How can anybody stop an order that is clearly in his statutory and Constitutional power.

You guys (Liberals) love to strain at words, then twist them into unrecognizable meaning.

No. The island is insulated from the immigration problems we are facing on the mainland. Sessions is lamenting the fact that a judge living in a far off protected state unaffected by the issue at hand, would deliver a judgement that impacts the vast majority of Americans.

Imagine a judge in Florida banning crab fishing in Alaska of some jack leg from Chicago banning offshore drilling in Louisiana.

You mean, the North Korea that said this to Obama?
North Korea has said President Barack Obama should concentrate on packing rather than focusing on the reclusive nation's human rights record.

Put Hawaii where Mississippi is and put Mississippi where Hawaii is. Which do you think people would want to visit?
I think it is pretty obvious.
