Even the democrats on the state Supreme Court probably wouldn’t consider this a violation of Article 4 Section 2 of the state constitution. “Special Envoy” is a pretty nebulous “job.” He’s not going anywhere.

They should use the Kiffin negotiation tactic to get Greenland. “Tell us how much money you want and we will pay it.”
