And here are they going to get the men to use those weapons in this grand offensive? Drones and bullets are great. But men take and hold ground. Where will Ukraine get those men?

We can't stop them short of sending troops and air power lots of it. The Europeans don't really want to spend their own money...plus no arms are really available without disarming our own guys.
