The African countries which distribute Ivermectin have had a Covid case rate of 134/100K and a Covid death rate of 2.2 / 100K.
African countries which do not distribute Ivermectin to their citizens have a Covid case rate of 850 / 100K and a Covid death rate of 29 / 100K.
Onchocerciasis is a serious parasitic infection endemic in much of Sub-Saharan Africa. The African Program for Onchocerciasis Control widely distributes Ivermectin as an effective treatment. There have been studies of CV19 in APOC vs non-APOC countries indicating possible ivermectin benefit, but I've not seen results as definitive as the OP quote.

Not sure if this is what you were referring to but I did post it in one of the other ivermectin threads. Molnupiravir appears to be a new drug, I haven’t dug into the chemical makeup. But either way, Merck does have a financial incentive to develop a new drug for Covid versus using their old cheap ivermectin.

See. Stories like this are why you just have to shake your head at what's going on in the US.
I've no idea who is right. The medical professionals who think Ivermectin is showing promise or those who say it's a waste of time. I don't have the skills required to arbitrate that argument.
But, I DO KNOW that having a bunch of frick's in the media run around as if they KNOWW and calling anything supporting one or the other "misinformation" and banning it from their platforms while governments and certain hospitals actively ban doctors even using it is bogus bull shite and shouldn't be something you see in a so-called free nation.

these details of treatment OR NOT with this or that pharma product oe horse paste that works incredibly well
IS ILLUSTRATING that something far more nefarious is happening, maybe the will of a foreign hostile adversary that our own presidential administration is working for
