That’s no different whatsoever from what they’ve been doing the entire time. Even on the exact same set of circumstances. That tactic is finished for them - as least as far as the voters who count most are concerned.

So, Judge Chutkin (whatever her name is) ruled he could release it. Can Trump appeal that to block it?
