Problem today is that many people with mental disorders are given pills and sent on their way. They do not have anyone to hold them accountable to take their medications as prescribed and they go off the rails. We need to bring back mental institutions and lock people up.

Right. By someone that hasn't seen the organ they're treating. It's complete madness that this is even allowed to happen. Someone should have their brain scanned before being prescribed any medication.

I didn't say brain MRI. I said brain SPECT scan.
And it's not widely commercially available yet but I do think it's something that could be useful in the future.

We need criminal justice reform so that criminals sentenced to death get but one appeal before their sentence is carried out. Said appeal must be heard within six months of initial sentencing. If they lose the appeal, their death sentence must be carried out within two weeks from the date of rejection.
Also...we need to bring back sanitariums and a push must be made to make gender dysphoria one of the "automatic" qualifiers for commitment.
