Really? They certainly didn't follow him to the ballot box and back. Gore beat him by a half million votes.

When he left office his approval ratings were in the upper 20s.

He also lied right off the bat. ISIL isn't Islamic???? Seriously??? Because (he said) they kill other Muslims? Different factions of Islam have been killing each other for years but they ARE Muslims.

Actions/words, hmmm...leader tonight? He's been President almost 6 years, with hundreds of speeches. If he just now become a leader, I'm thinking people see what they want, and have lowered expectations so low that they are just reaching for any sign he even gives a shite, anymore, only to make themselves feel better. Dude is worried about polls, nothing more.

It's a virtual certainty that he's worked more hours in the past month than you have.

Nope. Same to be said of all the idiots who acted like Bush was just partying down on his ranch. The reality is the president probably has more working stressful hours than any position on earth...which is what makes me think that anyone who wants the job is a sociopath.

Did he?

Even if he did, it was a speech.

True but unlike his predecessor, he's actually followed through at times with his talk about terrorism.

hen how did Bush get elected, twice???? That retard couldn't give a speech

Bush was a leader. He wasn't the best speech giver or decision maker but he just had that quality that makes ppl follow him to the gates of hell and back. Obama is a player, he gives good speeches and makes you feel good but ends up fricking you later.

Dude, Bush didn't even run his own White House most of the time, he wasn't a "leader" he was proudly ignorant tool who wasn't dumb but instead just didn't think it was worth the effort to learn the facts about issues before doing stupid things like invading Iraq.

All he is doing is managing to his low public opinion in general and especially on foreign affairs.

If he was a true leader, he would declare his amnesty plan before the elections

I don't like the man either and think he is the worst President of my lifetime.

See I don't get this, unless you're 6, I mean I'll fully admit I'm a democrat and that Carter wasn't a good president and that Clinton is overrated (in much the same way Reagan is) but good god someone needs to explain to me how objectively Obama is a worse president because he didn't fix all the problems he inheirited than the man who presided over all said problems emerging in the first place.

Objectively, terrorism and groups have grown under Obama. Economy, and recovery, growth, jobs, participation rate, decline of family(record singles), all time food stamp record, entitlements, debt, deficits(althought trending down, recently, still worst ever, and set to go back up in 2 years)) 3-4 dollar gas, food inflation, decline in discretionary spending per family, increase in Healthcare spending. China and Russia feeling unchecked, and beginning to flex muscles.....Why do you doubt anything? This guy is the worst, and I'd like to hear an argument to the contrary?

Really?

Yes? He inherited the bursting of the worst credit bubble of all time...his fault?

quote:

decline of family(record singles)

What does this mean? Crime, teen pregnancies, etc. have all continued on their downward trend since he took office. (He doesn't get credit for that, but he certainly shouldn't be accused of making something worse that is objectively getting better).

3-4 dollar gas

What?

quote:

increase in Healthcare spending

Medicare spending is actually down recently. Healthcare spending has somewhat halted.

A leader?

A leader would marshal Congress into a vote of support.
A leader would assemble an international coalition.
A leader would be in front of the polls, not following them.

Seriously, WTF are you talking about?

Congress already voted for the Global War on Terror to go after all terrorists groups responsible for 9/11. ISIS is a break-away group of Al Qaeda who was directly responsible for 9.11. They clearly fall under the global war on terror. If COngress disagrees they are free to pass clarifying legislation.
