Personally, every time the IDF finds a tunnel or a bunker I wish they would pump it full of Sarin gas.

If the Israeli sniper, or any soldier on any side of this or any other conflict in the world, is shown to have killed an innocent civilian in cold blood, they should be tried and punished for their crime.

This is what I dislike so much, the blatant collectivism and reversal of argument to defend Israel.
When Hamas launches a rocket into Israel it is terrorism, fine.
When the IDF snipes a child it's collateral damage and war is hell.
This child was not "Palestine", this child is not "hiding behind international organizations to protect it".
(And even if this didn't happen, which is likely, people still use those arguments to justify it under the premise that it did happen).

Do you know what the IDF's ROEs are? Personally, I think the video is propaganda. You can't actually see the guy getting shot and why are people just standing around like nothing is happening in the background?
