Israel misinformation campaign- who have they been killing?

The USA and Israel are at war with Iran, months of intensive bombing. So what are some official numbers for deaths caused by this war? Here is what I looked up as of today….
USA deaths - 16
Israel deaths - 67
Iran deaths - 3664
Lebanon deaths - 4192
How can this be? Most of what I see on this board is about how terrible Hepzbollah is, attacking Israel over and over, killing innocent Israelis,…..but….looks like Israel is slaughtering Lebanese people at a much higher rate, approximately 60 to 1 ratio. Who is the real threat….?
The amazing thing is that Israel’s propaganda machine has convinced many of you that Lebanon is filled with killers attacking Israel,….ridiculous….

I had to look up data from multiple sources, not one site that I saw has “official “ numbers for all the countries.
