Is Trump starting to get better at being POTUS?

Considering how he had zero political experience beforehand, I sort of predicted that the first few months of his presidency would be a learning curve. They say when Reagan first became the governor of California, he wasn't very good at his job (did things like raise taxes and legalized abortions) but became a lot better about midway through his first term. I think the same thing is going on with Trump. Those first months were a bit shaky, but things are starting to change. I think he's handling the NK situation perfectly. In fact foreign policy seems to be his strength. He seems to get a long a lot better with these world leaders than the democrats had hoped. He's also given several great speeches and his response to the hurricanes has been very positive and uplifting.

Now I know he hasnt passed any legislation yet, but Congress is such a shithole right now. And if you're a democrat who hates Trump, can you honestly say you're that upset about this? Y'all have definitely benefited from the party's ineptitude, but it wont last long. Republican lawmakers can only hold out for so long as Trump continues to rack up victories and favor with the American public. And he's got time on his side. Its not like the democrats are going to win anything back in the near future. He practically still has 3 years to work that stuff out.
