Aside from it being Kamala Harris, I can’t stand empty statements like this posing as some sort of wisdom.

People in positions of leadership is pretty common. You can be trained to be in such a position and do it well. But real leaders are rare. A real leader with vision doesn’t concern himself with dime store bullshite like this.
