I know you’re talking big numbers but I will not vote for Trump until he has a plan in place to prevent another 2020 from ever happening again. He still hasn’t admitted his failures and until he does he won’t have my support.

What a wonderful strategy.

Now you did it. Fat Fedd will be in here to tell you it's not a gun. Because he's too stupid to figure out the opposition to this isn't just about the bump stocks, it's about any firearm accessory. The ATF went after pistol braces next. It's still infringement.

Idiots like you wouldn't have supported him in 2028

You somehow freed yourself from the grip of the cult. Nice.

The real question is why did you think that? Because you looked up the polling data and that's what it showed, or was it something else?

Trump should’ve had control of the FBI

How do you propose ANYONE who is actually conservative "get control" of a bureaucracy that consists of 95%+ Democrats and is solely dedicated to furthering its own existence and expanding the control it wields?

More concerning that any specific ruling, that was Trump signaling that he's going to go with whatever he thinks makes him looks good when it comes to the 2nd. Politically, banning bump stocks was near zero downside. If we have a spate of mass shootings with an AR, and public sentiment is to ban them again, he won't even have to think about it, he'll throw in with popular opinion.

Not putting someone like Wray in charge, for starters

I don't think we would like anyone who could make it through a Senate confirmation process. But we can thank Krispy Kreme for lobbying Trump to appoint Wray.

I’m still baffled that with everything that was going on at the time, Wray gets the nod. As if he wasn’t actively involved with it all.

He cares more about what the NYT thinks about him than his own base.

He could come out in support of repealing the 2nd amendment and his fans would clap like seals

If we know he can't I'd rather give someone else a shot. Someone who's very deliberate and measured and doesn't have a history of personnel picks biting him in the arse.

But a poop map used by a younger politician is decorum?

I’m glad Ron did that and I can’t believe you get hung up on who Trump is after this whole time of him being in politics. For a lot of you it’s like you have no sense of humor or if someone does 1 thing wrong it’s the end of the world and everything is his fault.

It’s quite incredible

I agree, I think that's one of the top 2 or 3 issues to justifiably hit Trump on. I'm just highly skeptical anything would change with DeSantis or Vivek, because we know it wouldn't with any of the other candidates.
