Nope, does not wash. That was inflated to keep a state from burning to the ground. Just like Gutfeld said.

I don't think it was intentional. I also don't think it had anything to do with race, unless you think Chauvin had a fear of Floyd based in part on the color of his skin.
But I do believe Chauvin acted with a callous disregard for the safety of his detainee and should serve time for that.
