Yep, I remember Walter Cronkite shedding a tear for a democratic President whose head was blown blown off by a team of CIA assassins. Then 35 years later, Peter Jennings takes his American Flag pin from his jacket lapel off on live tv because he did not want to appear biased!!

I remember when the news broadcast had two reports for each story. One for each pro and con viewpoint. I remember when the local news allowed someone to have airtime to voice an opposing editorial viewpoint.
