Weird that no one made this argument for Obama's 6 immigration EOs.
What was the legal argument made in the 5th Circuit that blocked his EO regarding immigration?

Criminal?
A country has the right to allow or deny immigration for whatever damn reason they see fit.
Glad to see you've finally come to your senses.

Can someone provide the exact century and decade we should have shut down our borders to immigration?

we should not want to ban people who mean us no harm.

Yes we’ve done a very poor job. We should do a better job of keeping those wishing to do us harm and undermine/ over throw our law order out. All I am saying is if our sight is set on those trying to do harm then inalienable rights for immigrants is salvageable. If we go with the idea we can ban people for ANY arbitrary reasons like they have blonde hair/ blue eyes, or they were born on a certain date or their name is Joe. Reasons like this would be arbitrary, unjust and kill the idea of inalienable rights.

Be specific. Let's pin this shite down once and for all and if anyone says 2009 we're going to ban you.
One could even argue as early as 1935
But certainly by the 1960s after the expansion of the welfare state under Lyndon Johnson's Great society.

This statement shows that you may very well be the dumbest motherfricker on the board, and THAT is saying something.

Every nation has a right to manage immigration as they see fit. As such, non-citizens have no inalienable rights relative to immigration. Europe is the obvious example of what can happen when immigration runs amok. Allowing Muslims, who have no intention of assimilating into the culture of the recipient nation, is a horrible idea.
