Surfed my news Apps a few minutes ago and this story has fallen off the front pages. Seems to have lost steam here as well.

Pentagon still in chaos? Has the loss of dudes in dresses and DEI destroyed morale? Is recruitment off?

Perhaps this didn't deserve its own thread, but 2 weeks ago the sky was falling at DOD and Pete was going to be shown the door.

I find it comical how coordinated these attacks are and how quickly they dissappear when they fail.

It didn't land on his name this week. It will again at some point, I'm guessing.

The MSM is having a real hard time responding to the transparency and access to the WH and its lead officials....they are unable to keep pace which in turn hampers their capacity to dictate with talking points. Further, many are being exposed as the intellectual lightweights that they are because they are unable to thoughtfully engage in civil dialogs.

They sat on their collective asses at the WH pig trough for 4 years and do not have a voice because they never developed one

I LOVE this aspect of the DJT WH

Perhaps. The thing I note in these sessions is their incessant attempts at the "gotcha question". In fairness, Trump barks at them like a junk yard dog and pretty much treats them like shite.

I wish he were less that way, but at some level I understand his frustrations. They call him every derogatory name in the book, openly craft narratives that portray failure in everything from negotiations with foreign nations to social faux pas, and then act incredulous when not treated like professionals.

He's just another lazy Trump appointment. He'll be fired in 3 weeks and you'll all be joining Trump saying he was a deep state hire. You can take that to the bank.

kind of hard to land on any of those when every day, you are playing offense, and the other team's captain is ...

I didn't think the "Pete needs to be fired" thread wasn't supposed to be brought up again until next week. The rest of this week is the "tariffs will ruin the country and sink Trump" threads.

Or did a new "old fake news that needs to be brought up again" memo?
