That qualifies as class warfare and race-baiting to you? You set the bar pretty damn low for that.

If that disgusts you then you should seek a prescription from your doctor for an anti-emetic.

Any actual New Yorkers here? I work midtown but live across the river. Every else we don;t give a crap what you think. I, for one, respect the incredibly hard job the police have here. I also take note that sometimes in the course of everybody nuttiness, extraordinary actions are required but withing the parameters of the law.

You can support the police and their job while still calling out rouge cops.

DeBlasio poor communication skills.

bullshite.

"The only one who will raise taxes on the rich" perfectly aligns itself with the leftist theme that tax breaks for those who pay the highest percentage of taxes are morally wrong and that raising them in order to pay for socialist programs is the only thing that is morally right (and no, I, unlike most rightist voters on this board do not think socialism is inherently bad—it has its place in our political balance). This is nothing new, and the kid says it in his second sentence.

"Bill de Blasio will be the mayor for every New Yorker, no matter where they live or what they look like." Gross. Absolutely gross. To imply that the other candidates are racist and classist and to deliver the message through your kid is dishonest and evil.

This is what the left does. The right has their own brand of it, and I hate it, but this is ALL the left does, and de Blasio is the MVP of that game. I'm not making it up.

Link to this "theme"? Probably impossible since you can't link to your brain, where this actually exists.

There was no such implication that other candidates are racist and classist.

Actually what some on the right, like you and your female cohort do is create a strawman and attack that rather than the actual beliefs.

democrats would not exist as a party without divisiveness and race baiting, just like the republicans would not have a party without the christian right.

own it.

The right on this board is far more guilty of class warfare with this 47% crap. Actually are more guilty of race baiting as well. Almost every thread. The party is no different.

Own it

I mean, if saying that half the country pays for the other half is class warfare, I guess I'm a class warrior

I get that you don't like his platform, that's fine. But you're knee-jerking pretty damn hard over there. I think you're nit-picking, blowing things out of proportion, and generally just being histrionic.

Someone who only saw your reaction might have thought he'd sacrificed an infant or something.

Some people in here think any progressive taxation at all = class warfare.

You're one of the good ones, but bullshite. Virtually every Democrat bleats "pay their fair share" during every campaign. "Fair share" means "same dollar amount" or "same percentage." I am not morally opposed to the idea of a progressive tax structure, but I definitely am morally opposed to the idea of calling it "fair share." It's a lie, and it's a lie told by the left CONSTANTLY. Don't you be a goddamn liar, too.

In 2008 in the first debate, Your Boy said that the reason he would veto a tax cut was because "It's not fair." And that's where that sentence ended. "It's not fair." That's Your Boy. That's the theme. Elizabeth Warren said in the last Convention that many Americans feel that "the system is rigged...They're right." The anecdote that preceded this bullshite was that of her working class parents busting their asses and teaching her a work ethic that resulted in her having become an incredibly successful woman. If the system is rigged, how does a homely little girl from the wrong side of the tracks in Oklahoma City make it so big? This is the theme, and it's a fricking lie. All of it.

And just to prove how honest I am, I'll provide you a great notable exception to this theme: Hillary Clinton. I hate her, but she is at least shrewd enough to respond to things like the Bush tax cuts talk by saying (paraphrased), "I support the system we had under President Clinton that saw America enjoy its highest level of prosperity since the 1950's." IE, she wanted 39% for the rich and not 33%. At she was pragmatic and somewhat honest about it, which shocks me, frankly.

I didn't stutter. The left shift this country has taken has my comrades in Brighton Beach speechless, and they have 30 million reasons to be so.

Then why was Dante coached up on putting the emphasis on "all New Yorkers...no matter what they look like?" Why wouldn't that just be assumed?

Don't be dishonest, VB. Not you.

The left believes that blacks are incapable of raising their kids, getting an ID card, and not killing each other. Black lives matter to the left when they are ended by whites, but not when they are ended by blacks. The left is racist.

Wish the R's could trade them in for the gays. I'd register as a Republican in that case.

Maybe people with half a semester of college under their belt and poster boards should do that more instead of lumping them in as one big racist group.

Gays are a small percentage of the population and the GOP can't win without the christian right but they can't win with them either. This probably won't resolve itself for a few more election cycles.

His politics, which are shared by many, unfortunately, sacrifice 67% of black infants to fatherlessness in exchange for government program upon government program disingenuously designed to solve this eye-poppingly horrible problem. I say "disingenuously" because the Democratic party depends on the current cycle of broken black families and black poverty to win elections. So, I agree with your rhetorical comment.

Note: I am not registered with any party.

Side note: I enjoy reading your material on this board, and I am in cahoots with your alumni chapter. If not sooner, we should get together at Hurley's on 3/7 for Tigers@Hogs and get kicked out of the place talking about this shite.
