Huge impact in some areas. Foreign investors or people who live outside the particular city

I see that here and it's had a profound affect on real estate prices and rent.

Easy solution: regulate it

Shitty solution: let capitalism turn your neighborhoods into hotels

loses job) first in line to collect unemployment.

I have lost a job. Drove all across the country handing out resumes. Had to sleep on someones couch. Then had a business fail, moved to a town that had more jobs. Had to rent an shitty room in a basement in a bad part of town till I found a new job. Never once collected unemployment, food stamps, etc.

Now im about to buy my second house. Bumming on someones couch and living in an empty basement on a cheap blow up mattress was motivation to go work hard to get out of there.

But, for those that lack structure for whatever legitimate reason, what happens for those people?

They deserve to die in the street.

And, NO, I don't want my hard-earned tax money that the government stole from me to go towards cleaning up the dead bodies. Let them rot there as a lesson to those who are considering making bad decisions.

And who knows, maybe all those dead bodies in the streets will help bring down housing costs in those areas. Win-win!

It's already been posted how you AVOID becoming a 4th generation welfare recipient:

1) Try hard in school
2) Graduate HS
3) Work a full time job
4) Don't have kids before marriage.
