They'll say it's for software/firmware "updates"
it would be totally overkill and technologically silly to have a modem for updates. if the device was truly designed to not connect to something as wide open as a cellular network or the internet, the device would have a physical port for someone to connect a device to it so admin mode could be accessed for the purposes of updating the machine. the update would be on that piece of hardware. no network connection needed. at all. this is 101 kind of stuff and no team would overlook this detail in the very first design meeting. tons of devices have such a port just in case the device can't access the internet for updates or configuration

The modems are used to
how do you know? were you in the design meetings? have you been in testing and demonstration meetings? do you know what's going on behind closed doors? no.

quote:

to report vote tally’s to central tabulations systems among a multitude of other things
if you think that couldn't be hijacked for other purposes, then you're naive

quote:

They require cellular modems since not every voting location has the necessary connectivity with the required security measures
no they do not require that as i just explained

quote:

People are acting like these modems were installed solely for the purpose of committing fraud
given that they are not necessary and complete overkill and a security risk, yes. there's pretty much only one purpose for them. you seem to forget that politicians, even democrats, were complaining for years about the security risk these devices posed.

quote:

what it can be used for is regulated by the Federal Election Commission and the voting machine design must conform to the National Institute of Standards guidelines for voting machine telecommunications linked here
so criminals obey the law now? well that's a revelation.

so you can personally guarantee that no criminals hijacked that communications system for nefarious purposes? if not, then the modems are a HUGE problem

not as ignorant as you, i can assure you of that

Why do you think Trump didn't sound off against ES&S about the election.
this has nothing to do with anything. care to comment on the huge security risk just revealed in these devices instead of changing the subject with a pointless observation?

If ES&S was switching votes it sure as hell wasn't switching them to Biden
given the last thread on vote switching, do you REALLY want to go down this road again?

Trump exceeded pre-election expectations in virtually all the states that use ES&S
pre-election expectations?? what the hell is this? you think that means anything irl? it's like election polls. they're throwing darts blindfolded

do you want me to link the other thread?

both the voting machines and servers were designed to be on a VPN and prevent access to the internet
well sure. that's the advertised design. that hardware absolutely opens up the possibility that someone could be accessing that data.

you people are making this wayyyyyyyyyy harder than it is. hackers pull off exponentially harder tasks

You think the fact that ES&S, which has been linked to the Republican Party forever, had the ability to connect to the internet built into is machines, has nothing to do with anything. You are just plain ignorant.

You are pathological. You somehow ignore that fact that you make yourself look like a dumbass in every thread you post in.

Ok. Well that's unfortunate. I presented a reasonable case based on facts. I asked you straightforward questions that you didn't answer. Instead of trying to be open minded, this is the garbage I get. You post frequently but why should anyone take you seriously on any topic? You know your performance was embarrassing so I can only conclude that your intention is nothing more than to be adversarial. You have no beneficial purpose.

You never present a reasonable case based on facts.

Come on. Post an example right here. An actual example. Not your usual bullshite describing your post and how great it was and how everyone else was wrong.

Just the post itself.

Not a chance.

That's nice. Since I am just quoting the report that was written by the "Stop the Steal" guy I guess you think he is full of shite and should be ignored. So maybe just delete this thread since it is based on his report?

I don’t give a shite what he said. If he thinks you can’t get data in or out of a machine over the internet with that modem he is full of shite... and if you believe him so are you. Did you even read the data sheet for the modem? It’s internet friendly and IOT ready. INTERNET of things ready.

Post an example right here
1. FACT - Vote switching videos (you ran from that thread)
2. FACT - modems in voting machines
3. FACT - the cyber report detailing the connections with foreign countries
4. FACT - fanning's data which hasn't been debunked
5. FACT - hearings with experts detailing precisely how the vote switching was likely perpetrated, i.e. the "algorithm" among other things
6. FACT - antrim county

Now let's hear yours. Or at least your response to the above. You never do either. All you do is criticize people posting REAL information and post some irrelevant bullcrap like es&s to distract from the damage

You know this is becoming a habit. You ask for readily available info. I post it. You leave with your tail between your legs and people mocking you as you exit. It's pathetic.

No. No. No. slimball.

This is what you posted:

I presented a reasonable case based on facts.

I asked for you to post an example of one of YOUR posts of a reasonable case based on facts. Not a lists of bullshite generic topics for me to refute.

Of course you won't do that. Post one of of your "fact based" posts.

It will never happen. You are too much of a chickenshit to make an actual responsive post.

I asked for you to post an example of one of YOUR posts of a reasonable case based on facts
the specific case i have made on this topic is that the machines were capable of being connected to the internet despite statements to the contrary by dominion and krebs. that statement has now been substantiated by the fact that cellular modems were found in the machines. this is further bolstered by the data in the cyber report and fanning's information and the story with the italians. do you have a refutation, yes or no? if you don't, why don't you either be open minded to the possibility that you were wrong or STOP WASTING EVERYONE'S TIME

quote:

Not a lists of bullshite generic topics for me to refute
so you can't refute it. that's all you had to say. just admit you're a fraud. everyone knows it already

Post one of of your "fact based" posts
tex, what i just stated is IN THIS THREAD. all you had to do was just go back a few posts. wow

tex, i don't even know what to say. honestly, you may be mentally deficient.
