If creating turmoil is the goal then they can. My position is that Russia trying to help Trump get elected makes zero sense. Trump getting elected hurts Russia globally.

All the fake news agencies' headline yesterday was Russians Interfering with 2020 Election to help Trump Win. NOW we find out that, in fact, they are interferring with the election, but no candidate was favored! It was merely stated that the Russians thought that they would be able to deal with Trump! Hell! After THREE years, isn't it good to know they feel that way?
