Show me something that actually works, with answers to the questions.

If "rates are immaterial", then your argument is that a 100% national sales tax rate works just fine, without defining what goods and services are subject to the tax.

I can only ask you reasonable questions so many times with you dodging the questions before you look like a complete douchebag moron. That's on you.

You're the only one dodging questions. You're full of crap and you have no interest in actual discussion. You're obviously just another tax parasite that doesn't want to see his government mandated guaranteed income go away.

Exactly.

I don't care if you are a mother of 5 whose tax credits exceeds her tax liability or Donald Trump giving away enough conservation easements to result in zero federal income taxes. You don't get a vote unless you are a federal income tax payer.

Taxes are only complicated because there's an entire system dedicated to slicing out little exemptions for everybody's buddy based on how much money they contribute to one another's campaign.

And replacing that with a nebulous system of a national sales tax, which would require a Constitutional amendment, without details on what rates are going to be and what goods and services are subject to the tax is idiocy. Sorry, that is the mathematical fact.

A flat sales tax eliminates a lot of that. Which gives all those Jeff Bezos out there the motive they need to oppose such a tax system as they do. Because they know that the tax system can be used to their advantage personally and otherwise and pushes out competition.

You've demonstrated how disingenuous you are because you keep lying about my statements in your pathetic attempts at discrediting a system you clearly oppose for personal reasons. You aren't arguing, you're campaigning. And you suck at it.

I've demonstrated that I understand how taxes, income and sales taxes both, work and you display a continued ignorance of both.

That's on you. Answer the questions.

I'm full of crap?

Pay a 100% tax on your next home purchase and get back to me.

Pay a 100% tax on your next month's rent and get back to me.

Without details, no math can be done at all, and you are still so fricking stupid you can't see the relevance of the questions.

Seven. Rates are going to be seven. K? I mean, I suppose since I'm submitting the bill in Congress tomorrow, I should have had all that data written down already, I just feel a little rushed.

So you're still not providing any details for your master plan, can't answer any relevant questions, and I'm "full of crap" for even asking them?

How many times did you vote for Biden in 2020? Because you're exactly that stupid.

Now you've resorted to lying your arse off.

What's the rate, then?

What goods and services are subject to and exempt from the national sales tax you're proposing?

You've answered neither, and now you've exposed yourself as a scumbag liar.

Seven.

I wouldn't exempt anything, but I'm sure most would want to carve out exemptions for food and other necessities.

BOTH of those have already been answered.

You can't read.

Please enlighten us on this.

Do you want to ban NOLs or capital loss carryovers?

What do you mean by this?

Great, you could have just said so 30 posts ago.

No expemptions? Here's how stupid you are. Paint pigment is not a food, so it's taxed at your 7%. It's mixed in with the basic petrochemicals to make the base paint - 7%. It's put in a can manufactured by a packaging company - 7%. It's mixed by a person at Home Depot, whose services are now taxed at 7%. It's then sold to you with a printed label that cost 107% of the current price. All of those costs are then added up, and we still need to charge you 7% for the privilege of being a dumb frick.

So, while currently, many of those costs are not counted in charging sales taxes by the states, under your program, because you normally don't eat paint, you're going to pay an extra 7% at each step of the process to avoid income taxes. Then, that assumes you're painting the wall yourself. If not, 7% on the labor cost, too.

I could be wrong. Maybe you like eating paint chips.

Moron.

7 what? pesos? I asked you for the rate. Rate is normally in terms of percent.

Now you've proven you're a completely new level of dumb.

We don't have the answers from you do to the math.

You just said the answer was 7, but not 7%. So, 7 what? And you still haven't answered whether or not the 7 whatevers you're charging people apply to all goods, some goods, all services, some services, or no services.

A slurpy from 7-11, which now costs $2 will cost 7 "whatevers" for the flavoring, 7 "whatevers" for the ice, 7 "whatevers" for the cup, and 7 "whatevers" for the clerk checking you out. 7 what? Pesos? Rubles?

Payroll taxes. Still applicable under your unicorn mythical tax structure?

Nobody knows. Because you haven't thought out your proposal at all. And yet, instead of thinking about it, you merely insult people that ask relevant questions that are prerequisites to doing "the math".

You're a moron. I'm trying to educate you, but you're too dumb. You deserve a national sales tax. Maybe you should pay an extra 7+7+7+7+7+7 whatevers on your next mobile home purchase.

Dumb frick.

You keep claiming this, but you're lying. You've given no such answers.

Let me help you, since you're stupid. You say it's not 7%... it's "7". Seven what?

Let's start there. Provide an answer to that first. Then we can move on.
