Says the moron who said 7 wasn't a percent.

But keep making a drooling idiot of yourself and avoiding the questions all you want.

Seven is clearly not a percent.

Seven hundredths is seven percents. Is that what you meant?

No, your dumb arse said 7 wasn't a rate. So we have no idea what you meant.

I don’t know what this means, but I never said anything about 7. I just clarified what the other guy meant by 7. I said 20% 3 times dude

And you still can't tell me what goods and services specifically, are subject to the tax.

Asked and answered. I can’t list every specific thing that would be taxed man, there isn’t enough room on this board…

7 whats?

What goods and services? Is your new house subject to your 7 purple dranks?

Did you have a stroke? Again, I never brought up 7 anything, I just tried to clarify what the other guy meant

Because like Texas, their property taxes are ridiculously high.

They're not ridiculous when you consider we don't pay income taxes.

In any event, I'm not even trying to argue one is better than the other, I just don't understand the argument that a sales tax is impossible and complicated as compared to an income tax. Florida and other states do it, so clearly it's possible.

I would be even more OK with only citizens voting who are net tax PAYERS

This would by proxy be the largest wealth redistribution plan in the history of man...

If we presumed a voting qualified taxPAYER must at least pay in a net $1000 over zero.

Lefty billionaires would have hundreds of thousands on a minimum bump payroll.

Agree, but watch out, if you don’t have specific numbers with a review by congressional budget committees and a full list of specific taxable goods and services you are a moron dick sucker haha

I dunnot. I posted 7%, and you said no, not a percent.

Now we don't know if you meant 7 fish, 7 used tires, or 7 burritos.

Earlier you said:

I didn't say seven percent. I said 7. Wow, you're dumb.

Fricking dumb moron. So, we're back to not knowing WTF you mean by "7". Maybe it's 7 salmons? 7 used tires? 7 juju beads?

Who knows.

I'd also throw in if you don't have your name on any deed to a property that you can't vote on property tax issues.

Why? A 20% sales tax is better on me than a 22% income tax. And also, if you had reading comprehension you would understand that this was just a number thrown out as the absolute top end based on retail sales for 2019. I even stated that it could more than likely be cut in half once you factor in services, which is why we have tried to explain to you that it is impossible to give an exact number without a lot more information that we aren’t privy to.

Yes it was answered, I posted what was covered under sales tax in TN. That’s my starting point. So in all of your infinite wisdom do you have any legitimate debate or just more name calling?

All he has is name calling and being hung up on 7 or 7%… which I missed where that whole conversation even started

I just asked common sense questions that any CPA would ask. I received literally no answers that would allow an intelligent person to do any calculations to see how these hair brained proposals would affect them.

So still no argument against, just name calling…

You ask for numbers so you could debate, I give you numbers and you post juvenile insults.

You ask for what would be taxed, I post directly from the TN department of revenue and you pretend you don’t see and post insults

You are the worst kind of troll, at least the others provide some humor in their posts while trolling.
