The police told Arbery’s mother he was caught breaking into someone’s home and was shot by the homeowner.

The second DA said that the McMichael’s had the right to try to apprehend Arbery.

It appears the worst decisions were these: taking the law into their own hands by the McIdiots and deciding to take up a life of crime and attacking a man with a gun by the dead fellow.

A 25 yo that has had 2 misdemeanors is not a life of fricking crime, jimminy fricking crickets

The DA also said that there were 2 gunshots, not 3 and he said McDumbasses had first hand knowledge of a burglary. He also described the video starting from the middle to make it seem like Arbery ran up on them and attacked

So, no, it doesn't help. It just makes you feel better though, right?

We do not know what exactly happened in front of that truck.

The full length video is very telling even in the small compressed version. The court will see it in full HD. A lot of media has cut that video up to avoid showing the jogger charging the son with the shotgun. That's where it will get very sticky in court.

Makes me feel the same way all you Baws feel calling Abery "thug" or "career criminal" or "theif" the only difference is, there is a lot more evidence for calling the accused murderers, McDumbasses....

A. Show me where I called the deceased that.

B. Still doesn't help your case.

Keep being caught up in your emotions though, More&Les it fits you.

The crux of the case resides with that IMO. Wonder if there are any home security cameras that also picked it up

Cuomo interviewed Larry English last night, the homeowner of the house. Man was it a kick in the balls to the McMichaels.

English clearly stated that he had no reason to believe Arbery had ever been in his house before the date in question. And as for the date in question, he had not shown that surveillance footage to the father/son and had not even called them about it. Father/son had been in zero contact with homeowner in any way, in the time preceding the shooting.

English further stated that he had no reason to believe Arbery had ever been involved in any theft type activity whatsoever at the house, either on the date at issue or any other date prior to.

If what's being reported is accurate that father/son told police they were merely acting in response to what they'd viewed on that surveillance footage, then they have some 'splainin to do.

They are murderers.

It's really not a difficult conclusion to reach in this case.

You're going to learn a little secret, it doesn't matter what happened in front of the truck, the McMurderes (formerly known as the McDumbasses) had ALREADY committed Aggravated Assault at that point, Abery's grabbing the gun, throat punching Travis or any other actions he took at that point were lawful and justified.

At what point did they commit the aggravated assault in your opinion?

And your opinion is right then? You've been off base with your theories since this shite started but you pass them off as certainties

But care to answer the question - did someone else have footage?

assault (O.C.G.A. §16-5-20) is described as the attempt to commit a violent injury on someone or putting the person into a situation where he or she could reasonably be injured.  This means that no physical contact is necessary to be in violation of the law.

The guns make it aggravated

By the way, they are charged with....

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT
FELONY MURDER

Who'd a thunk...
