That may be what the DA is charging...but based on video evidence, good luck with that. The guy charged at the son and attempted to take away his gun, a gun that was never pointed at the man....yet he decided to run at him and take said gun away. Again, Georgia is stand your ground state, prove to a jury he was not defending himself.
