Okay, I am in no way a constitutional expert, scholar, or attorney....but is the Senate scheduled to be in session in the morning and do the "Impeachment" in the afternoon? If this is so, is that not unconstitutional as an impeachment halts all business? Never mind the fact you can not try a former president in impeachment hearings and there is no "judge" just a presiding officer.
I guess this is what they mean by a "living breathing document", it can change as it sees fit to serve the interest of a few.
