I'm suspicious. Dems, Neocons, NeverTrumpers and Deep State are hiding something bigger.

Democrats have always played the sympathetic card in Russian/US relations. Democrat hero FDR had an affectionate name for Stalin. He used to refer to Stalin as "Uncle Joe" as he murdered millions. Immediately after FDR's death the Cold War began in earnest because of his appeasement.

Then you have the "Lion of the Senate" Democrat Ted Kennedy who mocked Reagan's Strategic Missile Defense policy to protect the US from Russian ICBM's by calling the program "Star Wars". Of course at the time the media jumped on the mocking band wagon. This was kind of ironic given his brothers actions in the Cuban Missile Crisis.

The momentum from Reagan years really propelled our aggressive relations against Russia through GWB. Plus Russia was bogged down in Afghanistan while we funneled weapons to Afghanistan to defend themselves. It wasn't until the Obama years that Russia started strengthening it's footprint on the global stage especially by annexing Crimea and encroaching on Georgia. And lets not forget about the Russian Rest act of appeasement.

So from the 30,000 foot level the Democrat Party has a long history of Russian appeasement and sympathy. In terms of the NeoCons, they have always been consistent in their aggressive posture toward Russia.

Enter November 2016.

From November 2016 to December 2016 the Democrats along with the MSM did a 180 on Russia. At the time I was puzzled. I'm still puzzled. The 180 was so strong they actually lurched past the NeoCons on Russian aggression. It's the most peculiar thing. With that said, I do believe if Hillary had won Russian appeasement would have continued unabated in the Democrat Party.

So this begs the question, why the sudden lurch toward Russian aggression by the Democrats? I should clarify, there lurch toward Russian aggression has only been rhetorical. Donald Trump has been MUCH more aggressive toward Russia in his actions. In fact his actions are more aggressive than the NeoCons GHWB and GWB (to be fair GHWB, Clinton and GWB did not have to be that aggressive because they were still riding the Reagan wave).

Is MUH Russians just a smoke screen to hide FBI, CIA and DOJ crimes and save the reputations of those institutions? Or is it something bigger than the reputations of the FBI, CIA and DOJ being hidden?

Just wait until the texts emerge of FBI agents talking about assassinating Trump or members of his family

Those Dems are dead. Only the facists remain who pacify the little people with socialism while letting the banks run their Ponzi schemes with promises of tax payer bail outs.

Some powerful people have A LOT of money to lose, I'm just trying to understand how.

Trump is implementing some very conservative policies. Appointing great judges. Policy's and actions that conservatives have always espoused since I've been following politics as a teen some 35-40 years ago.

Trump gives them what they want but these "conservatives" are 100% against him.

Something bigger is at play.

The ultimate decider of the Trump presidency will be corporate America and Wall Street investors. If Trump's policies cost them he will lose reelection. It's that simple really. The wealthy decided that Trump's faux populism would benefit them. He's mostly helped the wealthy but his moves to destabilize world markets and world alliances may make him unpopular with the wealthy and powerful.

I get that. I'm just trying to flesh out the Democrat motivation(s) for a 180 on Russian relations. Flesh out those motivations then we will likely flesh out FBI, CIA, and DOJ crimes. Because it's obvious Democrats on the Hill are protecting these folks (along with the uniparty Republicans) by aiding them in hiding their crimes.

Which actually gave the rise to the Taliban and Al-Qaeda via the Mujahideen, defeated the Russians, and now both hate us

This might be the first time I have agreed with you.

Trump's position on trade is shaking Wall Street up. However once the shake up is complete and these corporations realign to the Trump paradigm of America First then they will get behind him. But for Trump's sake and his supporter sake (me) it better happen quickly.

I don’t think it is bigger than Trump vs Deep State. It can’t be bigger than that. That is as big as it gets.

Giving Muslims guns to kill Russians...what could go wrong?!

I understand the premise of it because of the cold war, but this war by proxy shite is for the birds

You're overthinking and giving Democrats too much credit.

They are pissed about losing so much power over the last 8 years. I mean Obama fricked the DNC over in so many ways, and then factor in that what he DID get done was through executive fiat and so easily undone, and Dems are even more pissed about losing.

But what REALLY gets their goat about Trump is that he plays their game. Call names, get nasty, make accusations that you can't possibly back up? That's the Democrats wheel house and they are totally used to doing that to a Republican and the Republican responding by cowering. Remember the lesson from your childhood, bullies don't like people who hit back.

Many Republicans are in the same boat. They have fooled the American people for years and built themselves a fiefdom in DC without actually doing shite to help the very people who elected them. Trump was the direct result of GOP voters waking up and saying "frick this" there is hope though. While we may not like that Democrat voters are eschewing established lifers in Congress for socialists like the nut in New York, we should at least be thankful that they are finally waking up and asking questions like "Senator Feinstein you've been a Senator since the Great War, what have you done for US?"

And the "Deep State" saw this coming 2 years ago and panicked, and they have done everything they can to stop people from waking up and seeing who the real enemy of the people is.

If even 10% of this is true, you're going to have a hard time convincing all but the most hardcore leftists that these folks don't deserve to be under the jail.

This is what I think Sessions and US Atty Huber in UT have been up to.
