There's also some potential conflating happening here.
No one denies culture plays a role. But some white cultures being able to produce higher than average (with respect to other white cultures) violence doesn't in and of itself prove that there aren't biological trends behind behaviors within races.

Screw Sowell for blaming white people for the black people’s animalistic response. Look at Africa today, especially South Africa. I hate it when people here jump on board with this idea because Sowell originated it. Also, why aren’t Scots, Irish, etc. still known for this behavior?

the animal thug behavior has nothing to do with whites from 250 years back.
