Because DHS/ICE are being overly cautious.
If I were President, that judge would sooner sprout wings and fly than have that order obeyed.

This. How in the hell did low level "judges" all of a sudden become the most powerful people in the country the last few years? Law enforcement needs to get together and say frick you to these judges and the citizens need to act like the left for once and stand outside this kunts house screaming and "protesting" for a couple days
