Short answer is no, because you would be buying June at $22, a $50 premium to the spot contract expiring tomorrow. That is why everyone is going to be looking at JJ oil prices over the next few days

You could take a spec position for later this fall and buy Sep for $30, but the market is still putting a carry into each successive futures month, so you are taking the risk of prices having to rebound and rise above the carry to recognize any gain
