EARMARKS = the poison pill of our congress -- they all take it and it is slowly killing the whole institution.
need to make bills in congress be SINGLE ISSUE - forget 'trading off' bullshite with the other side so both can rob the treasury.
ONE TOPIC - up or down - NOTHING else in it - got to make this happen

so correct bandit. The negotiation in congress goes something like this:
R: we are going to cut a billion here.
D: arrrggggh, okay run on that how you cut it, but I need 2 billion over here.
R: Deal
It amazes me we pumped trillions into the economy because of covid, covid is gone......and the budget is even higher. WTF happened? And if someone says medicare/caid and SS.....well then cut out the fraud. Cut the fcking fraud.
