The fun thing about the legislative hearings is that they conveniently weren't under oath for any of them. Affidavits and hearsay and conspiracy theories are not evidence no matter how much in your little heart you wanna believe it.

They don’t care as far J am concerned. They seem to truly hate anyone with a different viewpoint. Unity is a means to identify and alienate (and eventually prosecute) imho.

A person can swear to something but a quick look at their affidavits might show that it is based on hearsay "I heard that someone saw" or that is based on something that they think is illegal but is, in fact, legal.
Affidavits are widely regarded as about as useless as teats on a boar hog without evidence to back them up.
For an example... one of the big smoking gun affidavits stated that some of the small towns in Michigan had registered more votes than there were people in that town. By God we have them now!
Except that the person who swore that affidavit got towns in Minnesota and Michigan mixed up. They honestly thought they had caught the Democrats red handed and swore to it. Here is right wing news site Powerline reporting on it. LINK
Without evidence it does not matter. 20% or so of the country believes in astrology. They might swear to it an affidavit but that does mean that astrology actually works. You have to be able to prove that in a court of law.
