IG can’t infer bias but Mueller is trying to infer MAGA’s intent firing Comey?

How exactly does that work?
You have texts and instant messages wherein FBI agents were blantsntly showing bias towards Trump. They freaking wrote down clear as can be.
But IG can’t find bias in the investigation in favor of Rotten’s email investigation?!?!
And all we keep hearing is how there is no smoking gun written record of Trump firing Comey to obstruct the Russia investigation, so Mueller wants to get inside the POTUS’s head to infer what he really intended?!?!
How in the frick does that work exactly?

The IG stated there was bias throughout the report.

Everyone is biased, but it's the clear and intentional use of one's bias is the problem. Same thing for intent. So unless Trump did something egregious like Strzok, which is probably not illegal (especially Trump's case), but maybe improper, then there is no issue in that regard.
