If you're self-employed and still voting for democrats, there's no hope for you

I don't see how any self-respecting human being can pay estimated taxes each quarter and support democrats who support higher taxes. I just paid my second quarter taxes and that is a sobering thing to do. It's one thing to have taxes taken from your paycheck each time you get paid as a W2 employee but when you're on the hook for 100% of those taxes and you have to make it a point to send the money to the state and feds each quarter, it fricking sucks.

got one better for you....
i met a group of older people (who were democrats)....they recently moved to Florida from NY...There reasoning was because Taxes were to high and they didn't like the policies...
So i asked them are you still voting democrat??? ALL of them says well of course.....
This is what we are dealing with....Insanity people

ETA: Mental Illness could be associated with democrats/liberals as well

My issue isn't with higher taxes as a concept. The problem is that people steal the tax money instead of investing it in the communities they tax. If graft wasn't such a big issue, then I would be okay with high taxes.

I have never paid my estimated taxes. I just take the penalty and see what happens.

My daughter lives in NC. She said that the most vigilant and fierce defenders against liberals moving in and crapping in the nest, are the former NY and NJ residents who have been transplants for a decade or two. They know the real price of liberalism and its idiot policies based on experience.
