If Blanche is nominated for the AG role and not confirmed, can he serve as acting AG?

I believe he is serving as "acting" AG now, while still keeping his role as asst. He has 210 in that role, the clock stops when he is formally nominated. If he is rejected, the clock restarts and he has 210 days from the rejection.

Gonna be tricky. No dem will vote for him, thats a given. And given the way he is digging into the whole russiagate thing, there has to be some rinos very nervous. They will probably say he is too close to Trump (the supposed good reason) when they know their arse could be cooked (the real reason).

Murkowski is just a witch. Collins catches a lot of flack, but to be a republican in that state is quite the accomplishment. If you look at a scattergram of her voting, she is to the left of every republican and to the right of every dem, truly splitting hairs to keep her seat.

Congress is dragging arse on confirmations. I’m sure we will see them move quickly on Pulte & Blanche. Otherwise, they will be “acting” indefinitely.

The headlines of Trump making him permanent are already noting he is/was Trumps personal attorney.

I hear it so often I thought that was the "official" name of the office....

The office of "the attorney general and former Trump personal lawyer"

It's vitally important to their religion to weave their narrative through all communications.

I don’t understand your question, TBH.
