Sorry, Im not continuing with you unless you agree that your first 'point' was wrong. I'm not gonna just let you throw out one piece of BS after another and spend my time knocking them down.

You can stipulate to the fact that yes, there is a legal difference between the police stopping you and a rioter stopping you, and that in one case physical response is not warranted and in the other case it is. Otherwise you can go argue with someone else.

The difference is officers are well within their authority to block or redirect traffic for a variety of reasons, including protecting the general public and other LEOs.

Protestors blocking traffic to promote the outrage flavor of the week do not have that authority.
