You seem to have a problem with Israel attacking Palestinian civilians (purposefully or incidentally) in response to Hamas' attacks, but you don't seem to have an issue with Hamas attacking Israeli citizens. Why the double standard? I think you are absolutely wrong about this conflict, but even if I agreed with you that Israel was entirely in the wrong, how do you justify attacking Israeli citizens for what the government of Israel is doing or has done while at the same time condemning Israel's attacks on that harm Palestinian civilians in response to what Hamas has done? You have to at least be intellectually honest in this discussion. Reason demands it.

Israel was given the land after WWII. Whether it was justified or not, they are occupying the land that was given to them. And when you go back in time long enough, there is no "illegal occupation" of land in the strictest sense, because land is always conquered. At one point in time, Israel "owned" the land and conquered it from other tribes and nations. Then it was "owned" by the Persians and Romans, then the Arabs, and so on.
And even if you disagree with the reality of land ownership rights through conquest, it's quite a stretch to say that the Israeli citizens deserve to be butchered and raped because they live on the land. They aren't the ones who conquered it or were gifted it. Most of them were simply born there at this point.

The point I made was that Israel has killed far more innocent civilians than the Palestinians have and the link absolutely and unequivocally demonstrated that. As would any legit source that documents the casualties of Israel’s illegal occupation

Yeah, nothing in your link outlined which of the deaths were those of "innocent civilians." If I posted a link where the most murders were in America, would you conclude that the race and area are oppressed or that they have no law and order and they are just killing themselves? You have to analyze data.
Also, nothing about Israel being on that land is illegal. You are just making shite up.

yes I absolutely have a problem with Israel attacking civilians. that goes for Hamas as well and i've already stated that Hamas has to go.

Israel was not given the West Bank which they are currently illegally occupying and kicking arab locals out of their houses and/or demolishing their homes. even the arabs that have paperwork proving they owned the homes have been kicked out. israel is also expanding in the area by building settlements which are illegal according to everyone.
Israel was not given the Golan Heights, which they illegally occupied and also recently annexed. the annexation is not recognized internationally except by the united states.
Israel was not given Gaza either, but they still occupied it until 2006. afterwhich they put in an illegal embargo and turned it into an open air prison where residents can't leave without israeli approval.
the 1947 UN Partition Plan clearly outlayed th west bank and gaza for the palestinians.

does not change the fact that the United Nations considers this illegally occupied palestinian territory. that is the international law which takes precedence over the historical excuse you mentioned.
