yep, put the shoe on the other foot and it becomes just how clear it is that these judges are nothing but partisan hacks and do not deserve the respect that is given to them. At this point they are the same as the funders of the rioters- COMPLICIT.

Yes, I do realize that. However, it still doesn't make my original statement untrue, or unsupported by the evidence. You seem to be interpreting my original statement as a blanket statement that all arrests are improper. Some arrests are of people that are going through the proper channels, while other arrests are not. You, on the other hand, are claiming that ICE is not arresting people going through the normal process, which has already been disproven.

If someone is going through the “normal” process of immigration they would not be here illegally and they aren’t being arrested. Those being arrested are here illegally and attending an immigration hearing. Can you link us to a single arrest of someone here legally attending a hearing being arrested?
Only ones I can think of would be visa revocation. That isn’t what you’re talking about, though.

As if we needed anymore proof that Dems are unhinged! If they weren't so unhinged and controlled by their emotions, they'd be encouraging folks to calm down and let the process work.
Instead, they continually escalate tensions which only isolate them further from the few voters they have left.
Obviously, its a losing strategy.

I'm sure ICE agents are spread thin. Unfortunately, we can't get RINOs in Congress to support the OBBB to provide additional funding to ICE during this time of increased need.

Your first link is to someone who claims to be asking for asylum but did not do so correctly. The second is a news report that has a banner saying “legal immigrant” but there is no evidence given in the report as to the actual status. The third link specifically states they were here illegally and the fourth doesn’t mention arresting immigrants at all.
I’m willing to read others you may have, but those are not examples of what you claim.

The first article does not say what you're claiming it says, please provide a quote.
I'll give you that on the second one that the evidence isn't as strong.
The third article mentions arrest of a 4th individual, a US citizen, further down in the article.

Not directly, but I know the procedure for claiming asylum and the actions described in the article do not follow that procedure. I will admit that ICE does make mistakes. That isn’t new, though. Unfortunately errors have been made for years. If they are being made now it isn’t pursuant to some new policy. I guarantee you can’t find any policy that advocates arresting legal immigrants in a court hearing.
