so frickin pissed off this a-hole don't have no frickin clue about emissions on refineries restrictions on parts per billion on benzene metres at the gates billion OK parts per billion, can only flare off so much off gas without paying serious fines. frick this a-hole

I was going to post the exact same thing...
Half the time people see things coming out of refineries and think it’s pollution when really is the piece of equipment that is protecting the environment from pollution.
Chem plants pollute a hell of a lot more than refineries.

I work at a chemical plant... we have MDEQ (MS Department of Environmental Quality) and the EPA crawling up our arse all the time.
