I propose the Presidential election be postponed until after the pandemic

Everything else is cancelled or postponed. The proper protocol with campaigning, conventions, debates, voting, etc. can’t be performed otherwise.

You would need a constitutional amendment to do that I think.
Or trump would have to seize control of the country in true authoritarian way, which he would never do.

The thought of having a presidential election without campaigning is absurd.

Nobody is forcing Trump to go on Twitter and make a jackass of himself. Biden wouldn’t be “hiding” if he actually had something to be worried about.
