He had an Oregon phone number so I was all set to light in on some spam caller about how much Portland sucks but instead he was a very polite guy so I couldn’t do it. Only after he mentioned wanting to get away did I laugh and tell him I couldn’t blame him for that

I don’t even have a listing. His friend lives in a house next door to one that a tenant recently moved out of. Not sure if I will rent it or sell it

Saw an article today where properties in Montana are selling sight unseen by buyers from NYC, Seattle, CA. So,give it another decade and then there goes Montana. Can't wait until they see the first pick-up with 2 or 3 rifles in the case on the back window.
Rural properties in PA are being bought also even some without electricty or running water as people flee Philly/NYC/ etc.
People are frightened of what is happening in the urban areas, but are they smart enough to realize that this is why you can NEVER vote for a DEM for any office at all?
