So he's disabled, and Trump made fun of him.

Trump made fun of a disabled person.

It's all I said.

I was just asking why she can't use her platform to stop real hate instead of further spreading false propaganda that will only further divide the country.
Because that platform is already being executed by the law. It isn't needed. Those thugs are going away for a long time. Justice appears to be in the process of being served. There simply is no problem with the execution of justice here.

Now when Trump becomes President, obviously a lot of people have problems with this because of the kind of person he is, which is completely fair.

What's the problem, Corky?

Do you not understand what the term "imply" means?

Well, you are wrong. No surprise there.
I said there was no comparison between the two situations and you somehow read that to mean that making fun of a disabled person is worse than kidnapping and torturing one? Gotcha!

Do you realize how fricking dumb it is to say he wasn't mocking the dude's disability because he's portrayed other people as fricking retarded, too? He should just own it, right? That's what a real badass would do.

No no, he definitely made fun of his disability, and fake news won't change that.

If you can't read your posts in the context of this thread and not see the implications you're making, I've got nothing for you.

I'm glad you don't actually feel that way, but you may want to go back and clarify your earlier posts.

None of you believe that he didn't. If you actually believed it, you wouldn't be flailing so hard in the quicksand.

Maybe because the kids who tortured that boy will be prosecuted and go to prison, while the guy she was referring to will go on the become president.

Do you honestly believe if the races were reversed, that Streep and others would not have talked about it?

It would be "look what Trump has started" 24/7

I never implied anything differently. You are literally arguing a point I have never made.

I simply want to know why she, as a celeb that idiots listen to, spreads lies that further spew hate that leads to incidents like the one in Chicago.

This is a very dumb false equivalency touted by those desperate to hammer home a narrative that just doesn't make a lick of goddamn sense. You people are so emotionally invested in your political beliefs that you actually think that wanting torturers jailed and Trump not to be President is somehow hypocritical.

this. this board has become more unsufferable.

You really believe those are comparable?

So that's a no? They have absolutely nothing in common.

No, actually I'm not.

Ah, yes. Must have grew up in a conservative household and had to break away from the oppression. Forgive me if I'm jumping to conclusions, though.
