I just saw for the first time in my life a meningitis vax ad on TV.

Pretty odd timing considering you can’t advertise Covid vax on TV. They even slyly mention “other vaccines you might be considering”.

Kids are about to go to College and I recommend the meningitis vaccine before college. Seen these kids come in crashing and there’s nothing you can do….that age they get exposed to sex and close interactions….

I needed some health records from LSU about 10 years after I graduated.
When they get back on the phone they tell me they didn't have my meningitis shot on record, and basically how I never should have been able to attend or something.
I really can't remember if I got it or not

I don’t specifically remember a TV ad, but I know I’ve heard radio ads for meningitis for decades. I don’t think it’s that big of a deal.
